Zhejiang Ruimai Stainless Steel Tube Co., Ltd manufacture Seamless heat exchanger tubes in an extensive range of austenitic stainless steels, duplex stainless steels, and super duplex stainless steels, suitable for all types of heat exchangers, such as seawater coolers, condensers, evaporators, heaters and reheaters.

1. Size Range:

Ruimai’s heat exchanger tubes include imperial and metric sizes, from outside diameter 12 mm up to 50.8 mm (0.472 to 2 in.). 

And heat exchanger tubes are supplied in straight length up to 18 meters, or as Stainless steel U bent tubes.

2. Material available

Austenitic stainless steel grades: 1.4301/1.4307, 1.4401/1.4404, 1.4541/1.4878, 1.4571, 1.4948; 304/304L, 316/316L, 316Ti, 317/317L, 321/321H, 304H, 347/347H, 310/310S

Duplex / super duplex stainless steel grades: 1.4462, 1.4410, 1.4539; S32205, S31803, S32750, S32760, 904 /904L.

4. Heat treatment & surface condition:

Stainless steel heat exchanger tubes are mostly delivered under Solution Annealed and Pickled condition, but bright annealed and Polished surface finish conditions available on customers’ request also.
