A1: We are a factory that have more than 15 years of experience in producing home décor products. Our factory have BSCI approval.

Q2: Where is your factory and your loading port?

A2: Our factory is located at Xianju Country, Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province, China and our loading port is Ningbo.

Q3: Could you supply samples for our checking more details? Can you do the customized Design?

A3: We can supply 1 piece free sample for your checking, but freight collected. We welcome your design and we can make samples for you after get your artwork, and we also ensure that your design will be protected by us and not to show any fair within 3 years.

Q4: Do you have QC team?

A4: Yes, we have own QC team to inspect the mass production in producing and before packing.

Q5: Dose your products can pass the testing?

A5: Yes, the material we used for our products can pass the testing.

Q6: Can you accept the inspection by customer?

A6: Yes, welcome to our factory to inspect the goods.

Q7: What is your production lead time?

A7: As normal, our production time is 50 days. If many items you ordered, the production date is 60 days.
